Crabmeat Canapés

Ingredients
1 5-oz jar
Old English cheese spread
1/4 lb
butter or margarine
1 1/2 tbsp
mayonnaise
1/2 tsp
garlic salt
1/2 tsp
seasoned salt

English muffins, halved (toast slightly if desired)
1 7-oz can
crabmeat, drained, cartilage removed
Steps
Cream together cheese spread, butter, mayo, and salts.
Add crabmeat. Blend thoroughly.
Spread on muffins.
Freeze 10 minutes.
Remove from freezer and cut into quarters or sixths (may be kept frozen for later.)
Just before serving, broil 5-8 minutes. Serve hot.
Canned crabmeat is not what it used to be in the 1960's -- picked crabmeat from the deli section could also be used if desired.
