Pomegranate Sparkler

This recipe can easily be halved.

Ingredients

4 1/2 cups water
6 Red Zinger tea bags (or a similar red berry herbal tea)
4 cups pomegranate juice
1 cup pineapple juice
2 bottles Prosecco

Steps

Bring water to a boil and remove from heat.
Add Red Zinger tea bags; let steep 5 minutes. Remove tea bags.
In large bowl, stir together the tea, pomegranate juice, and pineapple juice; chill.
Divide between two pitchers, and pour a bottle of Prosecco into each.
Stir and serve over ice.
