Glancy Family Cookbook Volume II, chapter 2

Ingredients
1 cup
canned canellini beans, rinsed and drained
1/3 cup lightly packed
basil leaves, cut up
1 clove
garlic, chopped
1/4 cup
olive oil
pinch
salt, to taste
Steps
In food processor, purée beans, basil, garlic, and a pinch of salt.
With motor running, gradually add the olive oil through feed tube.
Transfer to a small bowl.
Serve with crusty bread, veggies, pita chips -- anything you'd serve hummus with.
