Ingredients
1 3/4 cups
flour
1 tsp
baking soda
1/2 tsp
salt
1/2 cup
butter, room temperature
1/2 cup
creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup
sugar
1/2 cup
brown sugar, firmly packed
1
egg
1 tsp
vanilla
Hershey's Kisses, unwrapped
Steps
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In small bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt.
In separate bowl, cream together butter, peanut butter, sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
Add egg and vanilla.
Blend in dry ingredients gradually. Mix thoroughly.
Shape dough into balls using a rounded teaspoon for each.
Roll balls in sugar and place on ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake for 8 minutes.
Remove from oven; place a kiss on top of each cookie, pressing firmly so cookie cracks around edge.
Return to oven and bake 2-5 minutes until golden brown.
