Orange Marinated Pork Tenderloin

Often served with mashed potatoes.

Ingredients

1 cup orange juice
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 tsp fines herbes, or rosemary
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 12-oz pork tenderloins

Steps

Combine first 5 ingredients in baking dish or large zip-lock bag.
Add pork and marinate in refrigerator at least 1-8 hours.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Drain pork, reserving marinade. Place pork on a baking sheet and season with pepper.
Roast until cooked through, about 25 minutes.
Meanwhile, bring reserved marinade to boil in a small saucepan.
Slice pork tenderloins and serve, passing marinade separately as sauce.
