Kelli's Spinach Salad

To say this is not the healthiest salad you will ever eat is an understatement. But it's really delicious. And you can make it, dressing and all, hours in advance.

Ingredients

1 tbsp lemon juice
1 apple, chopped
1/4 cup red onion, chopped
1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
baby spinach (standard grocery store bag size)
1/3 cup oil
1/4 cup sugar
salt and pepper, to taste

Steps

Toss apple with lemon juice.
Mix dressing ingredients (oil, sugar, salt, pepper) in a small bowl.
Toss apple and other salad ingredients with dressing.
