Ingredients

2 packages Ramen noodles (noodles only)
1 cup sliced almonds
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
1 small container sesame seeds (about 1 1/2 tbsp)
2-3 heads Romaine lettuce, torn or chopped
5-8 green onions, green parts only, chopped
1/2 cup vegetable oil
scant 1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar, or seasoned vinegar

Steps

Mix dressing ingredients (oil, sugar, soy sauce, vinegar) in a jar and shake.
Brown broken (raw) Ramen noodles, sesame seeds, and almonds in butter in a large skillet. Set aside.
Combine greens and green onion.
Toss all ingredients together with dressing. Serve immediately.
