Dill Red Potato Salad
Glancy Family Cookbook Volume II, chapter 4

Ingredients
10-12 smallish
red potatoes
3 tbsp
white or red wine vinegar
1/2 tsp
salt
1/4 to 1/2 tsp
pepper
1/2 to 1 tsp
dill
dash of
sugar
Steps
Cut potatoes in large, similar-sized pieces (in most cases, just cut potatoes in half).
Place in a pot of boiling water and boil for 10-15 minutes until potatoes pierce easily with a fork.
Cool potatoes. Slice and place in bowl.
Combine remaining dressing ingredients and pour over potatoes.
