Ingredients
1 package
Duncan Hines butter cake mix
1/2 cup
oil
4
eggs
1 cup
sour cream
1 package
pistachio instant pudding (Royal brand)
1/2 cup
sugar
1 tsp
cinnamon
1/2 cup
pecans, chopped
Steps
Mix cake mix, oil, eggs, sour cream, and pudding mix with an electric mixer for 5 minutes. It will be a very thick mixture.
In small bowl, combine sugar, cinnamon, and chopped nuts.
In a greased and floured Bundt pan, layer from bottom to top 1/2 of filling, then 1/2 of batter. Repeat.
Place cake in COLD oven. Set at 350 degrees and bake for 1 hour.
