Sherried Beef

Ingredients

2 lb stew beef, fat trimmed, cubed
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 envelope dry onion soup mix
3/4 cup dry sherry

Steps

Mix together soup, soup mix, and sherry.
Stir into beef.
Bake covered at 325 degrees for 3 hours.
