Warm Steak Salad

Ingredients
boneless sirloin or filet
1 cup
oil & vinegar dressing
1 tbsp
dry sherry
1 tbsp
soy sauce
1/2 tbsp
brown sugar
1/4 tsp
ginger
1 small clove
garlic, minced
Steps
Combine the ingredients to make the marinade.
Partially freeze the meat and cut across the bias into narrow julienne strips.
Marinate in the refrigerator for up to 6 hours.
Either grill or stir fry the steak, and serve over a salad or interesting greens.
If possible, double the marinade and reserve some to toss with the salad greens.
Leftover
London Broil
may be used also, and reheated briefly in a skillet.
