Rebaked Potatoes

Ingredients

2 to 3 medium baking potatoes, baked
3 tbsp mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tsp salt
black pepper
1/2 tsp dill weed
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
paprika, for garnish

Steps

When cool enough to handle, slice potatoes in half laterally and scoop out the insides. Mash.
Add the sour cream and mayonnaise, then the remaining ingredients except paprika.
Sprinkle tops with paprika and additional cheese if you like.
