Sour Cream & Cucumber Salad

Ingredients

1 cup sour cream, or plain yogurt (mom used sour cream)
1 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp fresh or 1/2 tsp dried dill weed (mom used dried)
2 tbsp white wine vinegar
2 tbsp salad oil (not olive oil)
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
4 cups cucumbers, peeled and very thinly sliced
onions, thinly sliced (optional)
green beans (optional)

Steps

Mix all ingredients except vegetables. Stir in cucumbers (and if desired, onions and green beans) and stir to coat well.
Chill at least 3 hours.
