Ingredients
1 lb
ground beef
1/3 cup
evaporated milk
1 cup
herb seasoned stuffing mix, prepared according to package directions
1 10 1/2-oz can
cream of mushroom soup
1 tbsp
ketchup
2 tsp
Worcestershire sauce
Steps
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix meat and milk together. Divide into 5 patties. Place on wax paper and press into 6" circles.
Spoon 1/4 cup stuffing onto center of each patty. Shape into balls by wrapping meat around stuffing. Seal well.
Place in 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Combine soup, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over meat.
Bake 45 minutes.
