Ingredients
6 slices
bread
1 lb
sausage
Dijon mustard
1 cup
cheddar cheese, grated
6
eggs
2 cups
evaporated milk
dash
Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper
Steps
Brown sausage (it should crumble like ground beef as you are browning it.)
Spread mustard on each side of bread. Arrange bread on bottom of 13" x 9" casserole dish.
Layer sausage over bread. Next, sprinkle on cheese.
In medium bowl, mix remaining ingredients (eggs, evaporated milk, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper).
Pour egg mixture over layered cheese, sausage, and bread.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
This can be assembled 24 hours ahead of time.
