Ingredients
round sourdough loaf
8 oz package
cream cheese
1 1/2 cups
salsa
1 cup
sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
Steps
Hollow out sourdough loaf, saving the 'lid' and cubing the remaining bread.
Place cream cheese, salsa, and cheddar in the hollowed-out bread shell, topping with bread 'lid' and wrapping in tinfoil.
Bake at 350 degrees for at least 1 hour, until the dip is melted together and bread is baked.
Serve with toasted bread cubes, fresh vegetables, or chips.
