Corn Relish Dip

Ingredients

1 cup corn, fresh or frozen (if frozen, thawed)
3 oz cream cheese
2 tbsp sour cream
1 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp lime juice
2 tbsp sweet red pepper, chopped
2 tbsp green onion, chopped
1 tsp jalapeƱo pepper, seeded and chopped
cilantro, to taste

Steps

Combine all ingredients. Serve with tortilla chips.
This dip can be served immediately, but for best results, chill for a couple of hours before serving.
