Ingredients
3/4 lb
chicken, cooked and finely chopped
3 tbsp
green onion, chopped
3 tbsp
fresh cilantro
2 tbsp
soy sauce
1/2 tsp
ginger
1/2 tsp
garlic
8 oz package
cream cheese
1 tbsp
milk
1/4 cup
unsalted peanuts
1/2 cup
carrots, grated
1/2 cup
sweet and sour sauce
Steps
Combine the chicken, green onion, 1 tablespoon of cilantro, soy sauce, ginger, and garlic in a small bowl.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Combine cream cheese and milk, beating for 1-2 minutes, until soft and spreadable.
Spread on a serving platter. Spoon the chicken mixture onto the cream cheese mixture.
Top with the remaining cilantro, peanuts, and carrots. Drizzle with sweet and sour sauce.
Serve this spreadable dip with crackers, endive, or butterhead lettuce.
