Spaghetti & Meatballs

Ingredients

1 (generous) lb ground beef
1/4 cup Italian-style breadcrumbs (more or less, if needed)
1 egg, beaten with a little milk
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
2 or 3 cloves garlic, minced or pressed

Steps

Place all ingredients in a large bowl, using a fork to combine.
Form meatballs and place on ungreased cookie sheets (for an easier cleanup, use parchment paper).
Bake for 20 minutes at 375 degrees.
Plain Ragu sauce is still a favorite!
