Ingredients

6-8 pounds ham (buy butt half)
pineapple juice
brown sugar

Steps

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Trim most of the fat from ham. Score top with a diamond pattern.
Bake in open pan, uncovered, for 20 minutes per pound.
Combine a small amount of pineapple juice (drain from canned pineapple of some variety) and brown sugar.
During the last hour of baking, baste with the juice/brown sugar.
