Ingredients
2
eggs, slightly beaten
1 can (16 oz)
Libby's Solid Pack Pumpkin
3/4 cups
sugar
1/2 tsp
salt
1 tsp
ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp
ground ginger
1/4 tsp
ground cloves
1 1/2 cups (12 oz can)
evaporated milk
1 9-inch
pie crust, unbaked
whipped cream
Steps
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Combine filling ingredients in order given; mix well by hand or with very low speed on mixer.
Pour pie into pie shell. Bake 15 minutes.
Reduce temperature to 350 degrees. Bake an additional 45 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
